Private and Semi-Private Training

Do you want the most effective way to ensure that your athletic goals are accomplished? Private Training includes 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 training with one of our skilled coaches, whose complete focus is on every athlete’s specific needs and goals. 


 Our staff has extensive knowledge of different training principles and is fully committed to pushing your limits to the next level. All members will go through consultation and testing  to determine their capabilities and will be paired with the best coach to deliver a specific training plan.

Private

Our private training programs will have different phases of training to prevent athlete’s plateauing. In addition, our testing and re-testing measures at different points in the program will ensure that athletes have continued progress and growth.

Semi-Private

While private training is the most effective way for an athlete to improve their athletic skills, our semi-private training plan is the perfect balance of a customized training program while having additional motivation by being in a group environment (3-6 athletes per group). 


Training in groups does NOT mean everyone always does the same workout. Each athlete has a tailored plan, repetition scheme, adjusted volume of training, etc. that is performed within the group setting based on their goals.
