Our blended program of strength, speed/agility and flexibility training is offered 6 days per week, which allows for flexible scheduling options. Especially for those currently in-season in their sport.
By attending 2-3x per week, this will be beneficial for youth athletes in both the short and long term. Each OT Performance Athlete executing these movements and learning these skills will see the gap created among your peers and truly be #BuiltForOvertime.

Our performance coaches incorporate productive in-season and off-season strength and conditioning programs, including the use of recovery tools to improve your team’s strength and athleticism.
Whether it is a team of 10 or 24 athletes, we will develop a program specifically tailored to your team so you can be the best team on the field or court!
